Your storystays yours.
Elijon Media is a story studio in Fremont, California. People trust us with personal stories, so we keep this simple: we collect only what we need, use it only for what you asked, and never sell it.
What we collect
- Story call and quote requests: your name, email, what you do, where you are on the path, your timeline, language, and anything you write in your message.
- Story Sessions entries: your name, email, your story, your work and goals, language, and the choices you tick on the form.
- Basic site data: our hosting provider may record standard technical information, such as IP address and browser type, to keep the site running and secure.
How we use it
- To reply to you, prepare a quote and run your project.
- To review Story Sessions entries and choose stories for each volume.
- To feature your story or song publicly, only if you ticked the feature box and you're selected. We'll confirm with you before anything is published.
- To tell you about Story Nights and related projects, only if you ticked that box. You can opt out at any time.
AI tools
We use AI tools in parts of our work, such as organizing brand discovery notes and producing story-song demos. Your story may be processed by these tools for that purpose only.
Story-song demos (including Story Sessions songs and the demo in chapter 02) are AI-assisted productions, and we label them that way. The lyrics come from your story and are written by Peter. Studio recordings are performed by live musicians. Everything we deliver is reviewed by Peter before it reaches you.
Who sees it
Peter and, when you become a client, the trusted partners working on your project. Forms are delivered through our website host (Netlify) and our email provider. We never sell or rent your information.
How long we keep it
Story Sessions entries and inquiries are kept for six months and then deleted, unless you become a client or ask us to keep in touch. Client project files are kept as long as needed for the project and our business records.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time. Email info@elijonmedia.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
Children
Our forms are not meant for children under 13. A parent or guardian can share a family story on a child's behalf.
Changes
If we change this notice, we'll update the date below.
